Shipping is paid for by the customer. All items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. If there are any delays in shipping the customer will be notified within 48 hours. Our preferred shipping company at this time is USPS.

Due to and the holiday season approaching Clean & Classy Candle Co. is no longer guaranteeing orders will be shipped within 48 hours. We are doing our best to ensure that orders are being processed and shipped in a timely manner. We thank you for support and your patience.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
In order to return an item it has to be in its original unused condition, you pay for the return shipping, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
